Knots and Proper roping-up procedures within the team.
On Mountain Self-care Strategies:
Prioritizing hydration, nutrition, and rest.
Managing altitude sickness symptoms.
Altitude Illness:
Prevention - proper acclimatization techniques and medication options
Treatment and Evacuation Guidelines
Camp Selection and Establishment:
Identifying safe locations and pitching tents securely.
Setting up an efficient kitchen area for meal preparation.
Nutrition:
Packing nutritious meals and snacks for sustained energy.
